Ava Loren Hunter Biden has been formally indicted on three charges, including illegal firearm possession, falsification of gun sale records, and possessing a firearm while addicted to drugs. Special counsel David Weiss, who initially seemed reluctant to pursue charges against the President’s son, had initially tried to negotiate a plea deal without charges or jail time.

The Biden family is facing a challenging week. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) initiated an impeachment inquiry into President Biden on Monday. This inquiry will formally investigate the family’s international business dealings, involving Hunter Biden and his brother James.
