Taylor Swift received a less than warm welcome from New York Jets fans when she appeared at MetLife Stadium to support her rumored boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Prior to the Chiefs’ game against the Jets, fans were overheard discussing Swift with OutKick’s Caity McDuffee in the parking lot. The sentiments expressed by Jets fans made it clear that they were not thrilled about Swift’s presence.
One fan mockingly stated, “Traylor Swift can go home. We don’t care about her. I know most of the young girls go. We want to see our team have a decent game here. I don’t care about her. The only thing she did was make the tickets go up in price, and she can go home.” Another group of fans simply told Swift to “Go home!”
During the NBC broadcast of the game, Swift was spotted in the garage beneath the stands at MetLife Stadium. Accompanying her were Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, and a multitude of friends and colleagues in a suite. Speculation about Swift and Kelce’s romantic involvement has been swirling, and it escalated when she appeared at Arrowhead Stadium last week with Kelce’s mother, Donna. Furthermore, Swift and Kelce were seen leaving together in one of Kelce’s iconic cars, keeping the NFL world buzzing with gossip.
Swift has remained silent on the matter of their relationship, while Kelce expressed a desire to keep that aspect of his life private, or at least as private as possible.
